We’re down to three days: Monday, July 23, marks the opening of the 55th annual EAA AirVenture Oshkosh, The World’s Greatest Aviation Celebration. For many, though, this gig's already under way, with airplane arrivals beginning to trickle in, volunteers and staff wrapping up projects, and exhibitors hustling to set up their displays. FORWARD.VISION EVS-100 AVAILABLE ON AVIAT HUSKYS
Aviat Aircraft has announced intentions to make Forward.Vision.'s EVS-100 available as optional equipment on new Huskys or as a retrofit item for existing Huskys, making it the first general aviation manufacturer to offer the system. The EVS-100 (Enhanced Vision System) responds to long wave infrared, providing pilots with an effective, low-cost, non-cryogenically cooled night vision system.
