The Forward. Vision.® team was
jubilant upon receiving the news
from technology partner Max-Viz of
Portland Oregon that the general
aviation long wave infrared EVS-100
passed all of its
RTCA DO-160E certification
tests. Announcing to the team, CEO
Patrick Farrell was quoted as
saying, "the successful completion
of this robust testing process now
paves the way for the completion of
our first STC's in the very near
future." The Forward Vision STC
machine continues to move ahead and
was working in parallel with the
testing process. Tina Illig,
Director of Customer Relations, who
has been very successful in the
daunting task of export logistics,
was quoted "this is thrilling news
for our company. We are really
beginning to reap the rewards our
team has worked so hard for." The
Forward. Vision.® EVS-100
powered by Max-Viz
was designed specifically for
general aviation. It is a very
small, low cost, non-cryogenically
cooled EVS system for the general
aviation OEM and after markets. It
utilizes the latest generation Long
Wave Infra Red sensor, is sunlight
safe and has excellent grey scale
