Coast Guard rescues surfer near Cannon Beach
The Coast Guard rescued a surfer who was reported missing off of Cannon Beach, Ore., Friday. After conducting an extensive search, a rescue helicopter crew from Air Station Astoria, Ore., located the surfer around 7 p.m. and hoisted him to safety.
